1:1 Coaching

This is the highest level, most hands on style of coaching I offer. I truly LOVE this style of coaching best, because there is nothing better to me than developing a true connection and relationship with my clients. With 1:1 coaching, we will develop a plan together that is right for YOU and your lifestyle. Not only will we work towards your aesthetic and fitness goals, but there will also be a big emphasis on habit and mindset shifts, which I truly believe are key to long term, lasting change. From our initial phone call to our weekly check-ins and daily access to me, you will always feel supported and never alone through the process. 

What 1:1 Coaching Includes

  • Initial Onboarding Zoom call where we dive deep into your goals and any questions you have along with strategies to help you reach your goals in the most realistic, sustainable way for YOUR lifestyle.

  • Custom macro count based on your goals, lifestyle, past dieting history, etc. with macro adjustments as needed. Macro tracking is not something I require of all of my clients right away. We will ease you into it and work on overall healthy habit formation first if it's new to you!

  • Custom Nutrition and Biofeedback Tracker-it's important to me that we monitor your OVERALL health, not just progress on the scale.

  • Detailed weekly video check-ins where I share my screen and record a video reviewing your tracker and food diary audit with suggestions, tips, and evidence based education.

  • Daily access to me via text for questions, encouragement, anything you need! Need a pep talk? I got you!

  • Phone calls or Zoom meetings available once per week upon request!

  • Complimentary reverse diet plan given to all 1:1 clients who finish a deficit with me. I will ensure you are set up for success long term!

  • Access to my workout app for workouts designed for body recomposition and unlimited exercise form reviews. New to working out and need some help? Send me a video and I can help you!

  • Access to an online learning portal with educational videos on the basics of macro tracking along with tons of resources such as videos on how to use a food scale, my 35 page macro manual, my grocery shopping lists, fast food and dining out guide, easy quick recipe book, etc.

  • TONS of education. I will teach you anything and everything you want to know. Want to learn how to calculate your own macros? Need help transitioning out of strict macro tracking? Again, I got you!

  • 1:1 Coaching has two price point options depending on the level of accountability you need!
