Nice to meet you! If I had to guess, I’m probably a lot like you. As a full-time registered nurse and business owner, I understand that life is BUSY. And just like you, I want to be fit, strong, and feel my best, but without restriction, without spending hours in the gym each day, and without missing out on life for the sake of “health.”

I understand that there is an overwhelming amount of information out there on how to lose weight. My goal as a coach is to cut through all the noise, give you clear direction, and help you reach your goals in a realistic, sustainable way that does not include restriction.
