Strong with J App

Strong with J is a women’s hypertrophy training program designed specifically for busy women who want to look and feel their best without spending hours on hours in the gym. As someone with extensive training in biomechanics and program design, along with hands on experience, I do all the nerdy work for you of designing the training plan to be the most efficient yet evidence-based. If you’re tired of the endless options on Peloton, YouTube, and Fitness classes at your gym, come train with me and get clear guidance and direction. My workouts are no fluff….meaning no, you will not being doing burpees ;)

What the app includes

  • 4 workouts per week (gym and home options both available). Guidance for modifying to a 3 day per week option are available if that fits your lifestyle better!

  • “Turbo” versions of each workout (a shortened 10–15-minute version for those extra busy days)

  • Workouts are delivered through an app with detailed exercise execution videos

  • Sets, reps, rest time, and level of intensity are given for each exercise.

  • Online community for support, education, and monthly nutrition calls
